“Even With Russia-Ukraine War, NPP Did Better Than What Mahama Is Doing Now” – Dr. Bawumia Fires Shot

Former Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has taken a swipe at President Mahama’s performance, drawing a sharp contrast with his own party’s record under difficult global circumstances.

He argued that despite the global economic strain caused by the Russia-Ukraine war, the NPP administration managed the economy better.

According to him, the current government’s results fall short when compared to what his party achieved during similarly difficult times.

“Despite the Russia-Ukraine war, the NPP’s performance was far better than John Mahama’s performance today,” Bawumia jabbed.

The statement is a clear attempt to remind Ghanaians of the NPP’s time in office while casting doubt on the Mahama-led government’s ability to deliver.
